Simply Divine Beauty Lounge Policies
The Simply Divine Beauty Lounge team looks forward to helping you feel like your most beautiful, natural self. To make sure we can achieve a total sense of beauty and well-being, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies before your first visit.
Consultations
You will need to complete a consultation form in advance of your appointment to ensure that the appropriate amount of time is reserved for your scheduled services.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as there is a Safe Salon Client Waiver form to be completed, acknowledging that you have no current symptoms of COVID-19 and have not traveled nor been in contact with a person or persons infected with the virus within the past 2 days. Failure to comply with the completion of this form will result in services being denied.
Please remain in your car and contact your scheduled service provider by text or phone to let them know that you have arrived. You will receive a notification when you can enter the salon.
Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes.
Reception Area
We have free Wi-Fi for you to enjoy while you are with us, and we are also happy to provide you with tea or water as a refreshment.
Until further notice, only the Client being served may be in the salon during the scheduled appointment, except in the case of minors. Please do not bring any extra guests with you or they will need to wait outside of the salon.
If services are being provided for a child, one parent/guardian may attend the appointment with clients under the age of 16.
COVID-19 Safety Reminders
Upon entering the salon and during servicing, you will be required to wash your hands.
All clients will be expected to wear face masks while in the salon and during the entire service visit.
Service Providers will be wearing face masks, face shields, or goggles during the completion of services.
Please limit the number of items you will bring with you to one wallet/handbag and your phone. Please secure all additional items including any coats in your car.
No food is permitted in the salon.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Gratuities are particularly welcomed in cash but can be added to your total services on a credit card, if you prefer.
Prices
Simply Divine Beauty Lounge is committed to bringing new technologies and treatments to its guests. Therefore, all prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and no-show appointments cost our talented staff both time and money. Clients who cancel same-day or fail to appear for their appointments will be charged 100% of services scheduled and asked to provide a non-refundable pre-payment for future services. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we ask that all clients reschedule or cancel reserved services with at least 24 hours of notice. In addition, due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staffs personal schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
A Mellow Place
Our beauty lounge is a place where many guests savor a much-needed private moment to read, meditate or simply relax as they leave their busy days behind. Please be mindful of other guests. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, refrain from loud discussion, and turn off cell phones and pagers, or leave them in vibrate mode. Refrain from speaker phone conversations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Gift Certificates
Simply Divine Beauty Lounge offers customized gift certificates for any service or dollar amount, which can be purchased in person at the salon. If the cost of the service has increased when the gift certificate is redeemed, the difference will be collected. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any specials, coupons, discounts or promotional offers. Gift certificates do not include a gratuity unless otherwise indicated.
Lost Items
Simply Divine Beauty Lounge regrets that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles, but we will make every effort to hold an item left behind for a short period of time until it’s retrieved.
