The Simply Divine Beauty Lounge team looks forward to helping you feel like your most beautiful, natural self. To make sure we can achieve a total sense of beauty and well-being, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies before your first visit.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as there is often paperwork to complete. When we get it completed before the start of your services, you have more time to relax. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes.
We have free wifi for you to enjoy while you are with us, and we are also happy to provide you with tea or water as a refreshment. Note that our reception area is limited in size, so we ask that you don’t come to your appointment with multiple guests.
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Gratuities are particularly welcomed in cash but can be added to your total services on a credit card, if you prefer.
Simply Divine Beauty Lounge is committed to bringing new technologies and treatments to its guests. Therefore, all prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and no-show appointments cost our talented staff both time and money. Clients who cancel or fail to appear for their appointments will be charged a $25 fee and asked to provide a non-refundable pre-payment for future services. However, we do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your reserved services, giving us at least 24 hours of notice. And due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff’s personal schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
A Mellow Place
Our beauty lounge is a place where many guests savor a much-needed private moment to read, meditate or simply relax as they leave their busy days behind. Please be mindful of other guests. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, refrain from loud discussion, and turn off cell phones and pagers, or leave them in vibrate mode. Refrain from speaker phone conversations. Also, please be sure that children who are accompanying you adapt to the beauty lounge ambiance. Thank you for your cooperation.
Simply Divine Beauty Lounge offers customized gift certificates for any service or dollar amount, which can be purchased in person at the salon. If the cost of the service has increased when the gift certificate is redeemed, the difference will be collected. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any specials, coupons, discounts or promotional offers. Gift certificates do not include a gratuity unless otherwise indicated.
Simply Divine Beauty Lounge regrets that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles, but we will make every effort to hold an item left behind for a short period of time until it’s retrieved.
